For those who have previously registered, you can click the heart below to access CR web. We encourage you to use this site while waiting to hear from your local cardiac rehabilitation support service and to use whilst undertaking rehabilitation with your nurse or GP. There are some new modules included that have been co-designed especially for women as part of the Cardiac Rehabilitation Especially for Women (CREW) project.
